- Mailing list forms for data basing starts at $75 an hour with a minimum of one billable hour.
- Photo edits for galleries start at $75 an hour with a minimum of one billable hour.

$175.00 per hour
TERMS & CONDITIONS:
ALL JOBS REQUIRE A MINIMUM 50% DEPOSIT BASED ON THE INITIAL ESTIMATE OF THE PROJECT.
ALL JOBS REQUIRE A MINIMUM COMPLETION TIME WHICH WILL BE ESTIMATED
BASED ON THE SCOPE OF THE PROJECT.
All custom quotes are esstimated and are NOT final. Final pricing will be calculated
considering all costs at the completion of each project.
Communication between the client and designer can be by e-mail, phone, web and in person.
However, for clarity and job history sake e-mail is preferred.
One main contact person should be in charge of or responsible for the financial and
aesthetic final decisions of the project.
Cancellation and Rejection Fees are billed at 40% of original fee for graphic design,
digital photography or illustrations.
Client must provide ALL wrtten copy for projects in e-mail or Word document.
I will not be responsible for errors in copy provided or otherwise. Proof EVERYTHING, twice.
Changes to written copy more than 3 times will be charged at $30.00 per each change.
Changes to the approved creative design direction will be charged at $150.00 per hour.
Media used in production such as disks, ink, paper etc. are provided or reimbursed by the client.
Driving time with be billed $10.00 per hour.
A 50-100% upcharge will be applied to ALL rush jobs based on the urgency.
Completed projects, logos, etc. will be provided to the client on disc or sent by e-mail. Requests for copies of duplicate discs or specific files that have been archived will be charged to the client accordingly starting at a minimun one hour production fee.
Initial meeting with the client and designer to discuss goals and objectives of the project/s at no charge to the client. A contract is sometimes used instead of the proposal format. The decision of which to use, is made between the client and designer at the initial meeting.
A proposal outlining the scope of the services to be rendered will be provided by the client before work is to begin.
Proposals are just that and will be provided for the estimated costs of services. To estimate a projects cost accurately, it is important to be as prepared as possible with the final written copy and have a clear intended purpose for the project. The client must provide finalized text, and/or any finalized written material and may provide photographs and/or illustration for graphic design projects.
Any licencing fees related to stock images - be it artwork, illustrations, or photographs - chosen by the client or by the designer with client approval will the charged to the client.
Artwork, illustrations and photography can be created and customized for any project upon request, however, those services will be billed in addition to the design and layout of the project.
Depending on the size and type of work needed, projects may be billed hourly, or on a project by project basis. Larger project will be divided into three parts and billed for each part. The three parts consist of the design phase, the production phase and the delivery phase. All time spent on billable services is logged and is available for review by the client at any point during the project(s).
